I am but reservedly on the side of the 'rebels' seeking the overthrow of Gaddafi in this prevailing Civil War in Libya, but I am mindful of the rank stinking hypocracy of the west. They are from being altruistic in reasons for making war upon Libya and I am very doubtful of their aims. After, how many weeks of bombing Tripoli and Gaddafi's Military, they are still capable of carrying the war to the rebels and over and over force them into retreat. The awful thing is that possibly the West stirred all this up in the first place and now 'Libyan Rebels' are having to deal with a very terrible bloody consequences. Western Governments are now seriously getting western peoples to accept putting troops on the ground, to this end they must convince people there is a great humanitarian need. Gaddafi does not have Weapons of Mass Destruction but now it seems he does have 'Gluster Bombs' and much iis now being made of this? I do not know the truth of this but when war starts it is truth that is the first casualty. I am amazed that Gaddafi only as what appears to be only useless anti - aircraft guns and not ground to air missiles to take down NATO Planes, nevertheless it looks as if Gaddafi's Military leaders have studied the Nato bombing of the Serbs to defend the Bosnians and Kossovans and same in Iraq to protect the Kurds. Such study has helped him to avoid having his armed forces from being completly decimated. I have no doubt that whilst the UN and NATO dithered Gaddafi had old military hard wear placed for NATO to attack whilst the new better stuff had been camoflaged and otherwise hidden away.

Whatever, the West needs to stop interfering and apart from mercy missions to take out civilians from 'War Zones', they need to seriously back off. These uprisings in the middle East must remain a Pan Arab Revolt and as far as Libya is concerned the Arab World needs to raise up Arab International Brigades. To fight along side the rebels same as Western International Brigades went to Spain to fight fascism. The Welsh Left then would have favoured UN intervention but it did not happen, but the Workers of the World proved capable and couragous in raising International Brigades to Spain. I have no doubt that there are 'Miliant Muslims' from other countries already fighting with the rebels in Libya, this was the case in Bosnia and Kossovo though then denied by the Western Powers. Such 'Militant Muslims', including those in Europe need to start organising European Muslim International Brigades to fight in Libya not as 'Muslims Against Crusaders' protest with placards and poppy burning on English Streets. I would have thought a 'Salidin Legion' a great idea and name for such a European Muslim International Brigade.

It strikes me that CND Cymru is being less than up front here as is CND England and Stop The War Coalition, why is that I wonder? The 'Wylfa Worriers' seem to be avoiding the issue. See below:
