- This Gower Way Marker Stone above was in place on roadway towards wood, after first gate (see Pic Below) last year. We were there researching for the 2012 Anti - Windfarm Protest, as you will see in first lot of pics below taken in 2011 it was quite permissible to enter the wood. note the stile and none to problematic gate with no signs there upon. You will also see from photos taken last year that the wood was in a better state than can be seen in photos taken this year on Dydd Dewi 2012. When we arrived in this area, a man car was at second gate and to be there he would have had to unlock chains on fist gate. As we approached he drove off pretty fast, was he aware we were around carrying out protest activity?

Now take a look at the same area, inc Wood and Gate in photos below taken on Dydd Dewi, maybe this as something to do with the fact that on my blogs I have been suggesting this wood became suitable place of an 'Occupy The Mountain Camp' in connection with the 8 - 10 June 2012 Anti - Windmill Protest on Mynydd y Betws. Whatever, do follow it up, investigate and seek info from relevant bodies and complain to those one should complain to. not least as to 'Dogs Being On Loose' in a Walkers landscape in which Sheep, Cattle and Horse are all over the Mountains on both sides of the Wood, that is Mynydd y Gwair and Mynydd y Betws. Why is there no indication as to who now owns the property? As for Hyder note it now no longer exists and surely the fact that Dogs are on the loose can not be legal, especially when it is so easy for them to get over the gate and fence? Complain!!!
